The Valley Park Resale and Flea Market is celebrating it's grand opening Saturday, April 9, 9am to 6pm, rain or shine. The market is an indoor vendor mart with antiques, vintage, sports, and home decor items. They also have name-brand greeting cards for $1.00, a Pampered Chef outlet, Avon, and scented oils and bath soaps.
The store is owned by two Valley Park couples and opened in March. "People interested in shopping flea markets and antique malls often have to drive miles. We now have a store conveniently in St. Louis County, and the response has been tremendous." says Brett Stone, one of the owners. "We are open six days a week, and customer traffic has really increased despite the inclement weather because we are indoors where it's warm and dry."
