Kenmore Sewing machine, very nice!

This Kenmore sewing machine is only a few years old, and is being sold by original owners. It has had some use, but is closer to new than 'used.' It works great, and includes many preprogrammed stiches. It's a good machine for both the seasoned sewer and the beginner. Originally sold for about $250. Includes manual.

Western Leather Coat, Like New

This coat is sure to please it's new owner. Come in and check it out soon, along with other items in this booth that is new in January.

For the guys: 6" Bench Grinder

This great grinder is in store right now, but maybe not for long. It's got a ton of life left in it and is the right size for small shops and anything for home. Sharpen mower blades, chisels, or add a buffer or wire for polishing. Includes tool rests and eye guards.

Merry Christmas from VP Flea

We want to wish each of you a Merry Christmas and a prosperous New Year. We are well aware that in the midst of festivities and lights and music that everyday challenges can come crashing in, and are even intensified when lived amid the backdrop of a celebration. Pain is real, whether it's from the death of a loved one, a broken relationship, financial hardship, or illness.

In our home, we were recently preparing for guests and Diana had cleaned our house in preparation. All was going well until **crash**-- down comes our Christmas tree right in the middle of our living room. Ornaments everywhere. Guests arriving soon. A tree laying sideways for all to see. Can you feel the stress building?

I was able to upright the heavy tree. Three of the four legs were still strong, so we leaned the tree against the wall. We rehung the ornaments and fluffed the tinsel. If I hadn't told you you might not even know. Broken things can be redeemed.

Which brings me to the message of Christmas. There is hope -- an expectant waiting for something that is certainly going to be, and it will be glorious and good. "I bring you good news that will cause great joy for all the people. Today in the town of David a Savior has been born to you; he is the Messiah, the Lord."

Jesus was born to save us. To rescue us from all that keeps us from a personal relationship with God. To give pupose to both the joyous things and to the hard things in life.

Wishing you a joyous Christmas,
--Brett, Diana and Gwen, owners

GREEN FRIDAY Sales Event: November 25, 2011

The Valley Park Resale and Flea Market will host a special day of savings Friday,. November 25, 7am to 7pm. Over 30 vendors will offer special discounts on hundreds -- maybe thousands -- of items. Home goods, games and toys, decor, antiques and vintage, clothing, greeting cards, scented tarts and soaps, collectibles, sports memorabilia, and books -- the list is way too long! Shoppers can also enter a door prize drawing for Flea Cash gift certificates, and can make donations to directly benefit a family aided by Circle of Concern.

A special display will showcase new and like new giftable items. This is a great way to complete your Christmas shopping without breaking the bank. “Everyone is interested in savings this year, and buying new and like new items from our vendors is a great way to do just that,” says Diana Stone, one of the owners. “While some people are able to buy the latest and greatest, we find that most folks prefer to get great items at great prices -- and you can’t beat us for that!”

The Valley Park Resale and Flea Market is an indoor market open six days each week since March. Located on Hwy 141 at Marshall Road, ¼ mile north of Hwy 44 in the Karaoke building. The entrance is behind the building, then up steps to the 2nd floor. Plenty of free parking is available behind, beside, and in front of the building.
